- Cancellation by Buyer
Suppose the products are damaged or lost during the shipping process. In that case, we guarantee the customer a full refund or free delivery of the replacement product.
If you receive partial orders, we will reimburse the portion of your order that you did not receive.
You will have to pay for what you receive only. The consumer must, however, wait 30 days from the shipping date. After 30 days, any decision should be taken.
